Pros: Very affordable, easy to use once you get past initial confusion
Cons: Awful instruction manual, bobbin loading is a nuisance
Summary: I am going to begin with a disclaimer: I know next to nothing about sewing. I took two years of home economics classes in junior high, roughly 15 years ago, and I haven't touched a machine since then. And I wasn't particularly skilled in my early ... read more

Pros: Um. None.
Cons: Jams constantly. Tension makes zig-zag stitch impossible. Rarely works.
Summary: If I had known when I first bought this machine that it wouldn't work for more than a few projects before it completely jammed up forever, I would have spent an extra hundred dollars to buy a nice, smoothly operating machine. I am not an avid ... read more

Pros: It turns on
Cons: It does not stay threaded when stopped
Summary: This machine is just ok. The fact that it turns on when you flip the switch is probably the best part about it. Yes, it will sew and it doesn't take long to thread and re thread and re thread and re thread, every time you stop the machine you have to re ... read more

Pros: Getting to smash it into a thousand pieces.
Cons: Wasting my money.
Summary: I bought this machine after falling in love with sewing on my mother's Singer. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I knew I wouldn't sew too much. I got this home and after struggling through the instructions that were EXTREMELY vague, I ... read more

Pros: Affordable price. Versatile. Great value. Easily and reliably handles all stitches and projects.
Cons: Not a premium high-end machine. Bottom load bobbin.
Summary: I was a bit concerned when I bought my shark Euro Pro 384 a year ago as a replacement for my ailing antique White that just did not have the capabilities I needed. There were questionable reviews out there on this machine and I can now tell you that the ... read more

Cons: Where to start... JUNK!
Summary: One star is a compliment. I promptly returned my recently purchased machine - couldn't get rid of it fast enough! The extremely vague directions, pathetic how-to pictures (photo-copied black and white - NO DETAIL AT ALL) and absurdly confusing help ... read more
