Pros: Adjusts in the front, cushiony, many safety features Cons: Confining at times (legs), check out the loop
Our baby had finally grown. We were ok with this - in stages. One of the last stages was we had to admit he was ready for a more grown looking car seat. Being new parents we had purchased 2 smaller seats that, in the end, didn't really "grow" with our ...
Pros: Easy to install, long life and reasonable price Cons: -
I hate buying car seats. I dread it. I have returned as many seats as I have kept, and when it came time to buy my petite preschooler a high back booster, I cringed.
I first bought a Cosco High Back Booster and returned it because the...

The thing is, with kids...you feed them and they grow. They grow, and they need new car seats.

Pros: easy change of vehicles and belt positions. Comfortable arms and durable pad. Cons: bad reviews as a belt positioner
I have had this car seat for 2 children now. Car seats are only recomended for 5 consecutive years of use and I am about to have to replace this seat because of that. I bought this seat for my daughter (who is now 6) when I was pregnant with my son(who ...

I use this seat for my daughter who is currently 3 and a half years old. I bought it as a replacement for my Cosco Eddie Bauer Alpha Omega (a HORRIBLE seat, but that's another story). Things I like about are: It installs very tightly with LATCH in my ...
Pros: Tension knob, LATCH, size, cost Cons: Padding is HORRIBLE, no recline, not well adaptable to airplane lap belts.
We have owned and used this carseat for a little over a year. There are a few good things about it that we love, namely the tension knob. This makes it really easy to adjust the harness's tension for getting our boy in and out and to expand or ...

I'm a research queen and detail-oriented shopper. I read a lot about toddler/booster seats and decided on the Evenflo Comet 5. I wanted the 5 point harness, adjuster knob, added padding and good looks of this seat. I spent days hunting for one and found...
Great value and ease of use!! by figment_ ,Oct 23 '03
Pros: Easy front tension adjustment
LATCH
Grows from 5 point harness to booster Cons: Difficult to secure
When we start looking for a newer more grown up seat for our 16-month old we took him to the store and tested them with him (May 2003). Many were too difficult to latch and adjust or had no padding. The Evenflo Comet Booster seat was easy to latch, had a convenient front tension adjuster (which took a bit of getting used to) and had generous padding. We purchased the Aztec pattern which is great at minimizing the appearance of any spills and looks very stylish in our dark gray interior. The only real issues we've had are installing it so it didn't slide (which is partially due to the seat design in our Dodge Intrepid), the inevitable twisting of the belts and we don't really use the side cup partially since the soft design is hard for my son to get open. I would definitely recommend this.
Pros: easy easy easy! very well worth your money! GREAT investment!! Cons: i havent tried the seat belt hooks part, but it looks a little high?!?!?
this carseat is the best investment i have made yet!! i love everything about this carseat, i love that the cup holder is easy to remove and can switch sides. my daughter is 19 months old, and this will be her carseat until she no longer needs one! its a great carseat!! im even trying to find a good deal on another to give to my goddaughter for her first bday in dec. very easy to use, very easy to buckle in the car, LOVE the easy to use rejustable straps.love that the cup holder can switch sides.
