Although I have to say that I love this toy... I have 3 children who have used the Evenflo SuperSaucer and all of them have gotten their fingers caught in the area where the train pieces slide back and forth.

I let my sister-in-law borrow it. She covered the train with tape because her daughter caught her fingers in it also.

Knowing this, I'd choose another product.

Had this through 3 children now. Two of my children were not that interested in it, but my current baby is highly interested in it. Loves it. When it bounces it is noisy as can be though. It's easy to remove the seat and throw in the washer, but the rest of it to clean off from a cookie is very very hard. I found that that the ridges on the bottom platform that are meant to prevent the baby from slipping can be bothersome to those little bare feet. It is noisy and hearing the t.v. is impossible, so when the baby is being entertained in it, there's no t.v. or radio on. It is very durable, but needs more toys for younger children. The toys are very uninteresting.

I bought this for my Premature son. He was very hard to entertain. He wanted to be held all the time. All that changed when we bought the Supersaucer. As soon as we put him in it he loved the independent feeling he had in the saucer. He could turn around 360 degrees. I would pull it around the house while I was cleaning or cooking so that he could look at me, but he LOVED the saucer. Best thing I ever bought for him. I'm on my second child now and I going to purchase a 2nd one because we gave the first one away.
