Pros: Cant really think of any Cons: Too many to name....
Summary: I've used my Easy shaper off and on for a year now. I have recently stopped using it because one of the screws came out on the back and the bottom portion of the bench pops up on some exercises. The ab workout didnt do squat. I got better results

Pros: Easy to use Cons: Needs more resistance and bands are not cheap
Summary: This product does work, but if you are even somewhat in shape it just isn't enough equipment. It doesn't come with that many resistance bands and they are expensive to buy. I believe their is better products than this one.
