Pros: Easy to clean. Can be thrown into the dishwasher. Cons: The grooves are not deep enough to catch the juices from meats.

Microban is questionable

Pros: It is pretty flat. Cons: Contains chemicals not listed or advertised that are known biocides.
I would like to point out that Microban is the common name for 2,4,4'-trichloro-2'-hydroxydiphenyl ether, which is a known biocide. I would hope in the future that you would consider the consumer in the future by informing the public on what chemicals are incorporated into your product. As a consumer most people will be unaware of the chemical they could possibly be ingesting. Granted some consumers will not have a problem with this. I would like it to be made clear as to what you are packaging to the uninformed public.
