Now the real farmers market is surrounded by the new retail complex. You can best enter off Fairfax just north of 3rd. There's a great selection of open air restaurants and fun little shops. The one big ouch at the end for us as out of town folks was the parking. Their lot stated it was free for the first 2 hours but the small print indicated you had to have it validated. We didn't see that and after waiting in a long line to exit the lot (probably due to other angry people) it then cost $12 to get out. That kind of ruined the evening to some extent, but if you pay more attention, you should have a good time.

I go there for breakfast during the week. The prices are really reasonable and you will be able to find every type of food you could imagine. Not only can you eat and shop for fresh veggies.... you can also catch a movie at the huge outdoor mall it is attached to!
