I am smart enough to know that in order to reduce the size of your stomach you have to also lose weight but I thought this would help firm and tone. Years ago I had a machine that would deliver electrical impulses but it had 4 pads that you would put on your body and you could not move around. Based on this, I know what electrical impulses that cause muscle contractions feel like and I know about the gel necessary for proper conduction and protection of the skin. This thing did NOTHING except cause a little tingly (not strong enough to be uncomfortable) feeling. The red light works good though. Unfortunately, I waited too long to use it and could not send back for a refund.
My advice: Save your money. If you still want to try it; use it as soon as you get it to be sure it works at all.
PS The FTC filed suit against them for false advertising (even said you could put it on your chest - duh! fibrillation time!) and FastAbs had to pay redress to consumers.
