Pros: Dr. Burns suggests many different ways to help yourself. Cons: If you aren't ready to help yourself this is a hard book to read.

Pros: Useful, gives actual techniques that have quick and positive results! Cons: Too bad everyone on earth can't read this book!

Pros: good short term therapy tool, highly effective and easily understood Cons: seems too simple, many do not follow through because it looks to simple to work
