Fisher-Price Intellitainer -- It may be discontinued, but get it if you can.

by gatorgirlie Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Dec 05 '07
Pros: Fun, long-lasting, durable, educational, easy to assemble
Cons: Discontinued :(. Boo, Fisher-Price, Boo.
You, my dear, loyal, faithful reader must be pondering why I would write a review of a discontinued product. There are many toys that Aidan plays with, many childcare items I have used, that have been discontinued and I'd never write a review about ...

Pros: Lot's of activities
My 6 month old and 2 1/2 year old play safely together
Cons: Screwing the legs in takes some effort
Takes up quite a bit of space
Since my daughter had outgrown her bouncer, and I needed someplace to put her, away from the floor, and more specifically, away from her 2 ˝ year old brother’s more dynamic activities, I drove off to Toys R Us to give a look at the different activity ...

Shut that kid up already!!

by looloolarue , Jan 13 '06
Pros: Lots to do! Safe play for long periods of time. Break for parents.
Cons: Sounds can be annoying after a while as with any kids toy.
I would be the first parent to tell you it is a great idea to spend quality time together with the kiddos. I would also be the first to tell you that living in a house of bile and waste or taking a plane to Looneyville is a bad one. Sometimes you ...

We have intelligence! 10-4!
by minicelebrity ,May 01 '05
Pros: Lots to do, unconventional design, sturdy
Cons: Another battery biter!
I could go into great detail as some other reviewers and exaggerate my vocabulary to make myself seem more intelligent.............buuuut I won't. :)

Bottom line, this is a great toy. One of the more expensive of it's species, but it is worth the extra 20 or 30 bucks since there is more to do on this toy than others of lower caliber.

I really don't have any gripes about this toy other than the fact that my son is 25 1/4 inches and still hangs in midair. Not by much, but hangs all the same. ;) He still loves it though and bats at the toys that reward him with sounds, music, and songs.
