Pros: Easy to use machine for the novice that works both upper and lower body. Cons: Hard to change resistance; not challenging for the experienced.

Affordable
Durable
Small footprint
Whole body motion
Built-in computer/heart monitor, bottle-holder.
Cons: Can easily be misused giving poor results due to lack of detailed instructions.
