Overall I love this gadget, I use it for almost everything, I've read alot of reviews about people saying that it's shaky---Kinda but depends on your hand, tripods make it AWESOME!  others complain about the battery charging and how it will freeze--- ok here's a few simple fixes to this issue I had it happen to me after I went to charge it, the screen says charging paused (caused by the battery getting to hot)
1) take a small fan and have it blow on the battery while charging
2) take the battery cover off and let it charge that way (this is what I did and it went flawlessly)
others talk about the video downloading onto your computer I set it up as all the prompts came up and it went fine, if any issues arise click the very last option in the box that comes up(windows vista) and let that run, you'll have to restart but thats ok.
