Pros: Great board control. Very easy to get in and out of. Cons: Questionable reputation for breakage.
Summary: A fair number of reviewers have commented that these bindings tend to break, but I haven't seen anything like that myself (and I bought them because I broke a pair of Burton Freestyle SIs all too easily).
This binding is incredibly easy to get ... read more

Pros: Very well design in the new model bindings. Cons: (no comment)
Summary:
Hi, I have been riding Flow step-in bindings for quite a while. Every thing I have to say is good. First of all the Flows do not have a design to give them a certain feel of discomfort in the heal or toes of your feet, even if they are at ... read more

Pros: Convenience Cons: Breakage seems disturbingly common, price
Summary: I've seen many riders enticed into buying Flow bindings by the promise of a combination of the convenience of step-ins and the feel/support of conventional straps. From what I can tell, these bindings deliver on the promise pretty well EXCEPT EVERY ... read more

Pros: Use any regular boots, has strap feel and comfort, no clogging in powder Cons: Need to face hill on steeps to strap in, cable can get de-tensioned
