Pros: Cool looking Cons: Bad audio, pairing problems, large transceiver
I have had this fascination with bluetooth headsets for a while now. My friend John got a Nokia 3650 and a Nokia bluetooth headset and he raves about it all the time. I just had to try one out. Wired hands free headsets are nice and cheap, but they ...
Pros: Light, comfortable, no wires. Cons: Audio quality could hardly be worse.
I purchased this headset to use with my Motorola V60 phone. This phone is what I use for 95% of my total phone use, and is the primary phone I use at work. It's not unusual for me to rack up 800-1000 minutes a month during work hours, as well as several...
Pros: Slick technology, freedom from wires is great. Cons: Not as comfortable as high quality desktop headset. Must be charged separately from phone.
I spend close to 5 hours a day on the phone, frequently cell phone; more often a desk phone so I am constantly looking for a better headset. Enter the Jabra Freespeak with Bluetooth technology.
Pros: Freedom from wires! Sound quality. Cons: Clumsy to place on ear.
I recent purchased a new Sony Ericsson T68i with Bluetooth capability. One of the main drivers for me getting a Bluetooth phone was the capability of using a wireless headset. I prefer to use a headset while driving in the car as well as for extended...
Pros: affordable and well fitting bluetooth headset Cons: limited range and questionable sound quality
Phone: Ericsson T39m with R4A firmware
Headset: Jabra Freespeak Bluetooth version BT200
I was looking for a BT(Bluetooth) headset for a while. After reading horror stories of smaller brands that have limited range, dropped calls and such,...
Pros: Wireless, way cool looking, easy to hear when driving. Cons: Expensive, batteries not user replaceable.
Well usually it's said the third time's a charm. In my case it was four. My first Jabra FreeSpeak (non-Bluetooth version) suffered from a short in the coil cord between the phone and the Multi-adapter. This caused the headset to lose its link with the...
I use a Nokia 6510 which is non-bluetooth - I've been tripping on my handsfree wire when exiting the car, and have been waiting for a product such as this.
I was initially sceptical about FreeSpeak after reading the mixed reviews on CNet, but...
Pros: Lightweight, comfortable, good sound quality Cons: A bit awkward to put on
Having read the other reviews, I am surprised to hear about sound quality issues. Perhaps the phone has something to do with it. I am using it with a SonyEriccson p800 and it sounds fine. Voice commands work pretty well. The unit is light weight and...
Pros: Lightweight, No Wires, Easy To Use. Cons: Bad Sound Quality. A Little Messy To Put On In A Hurry.
Good All Around Headset. Was expecting better sound quality for the price ($150). Fun to have since there are no wires. It is a little awkward to put on in a hurry. The freedom from wires is too nice, but you sacrifice sound quality for mobility, and...

Pros: Wireless headset works well Cons: Short battery life, poor phone-headset interaction
The Jabra headset does provide cordless access to your bluetooth or non-bluetooth cell phone, though it's not a miracle product. While the packaging claims that you can move up to 30 feet from your phone, I haven't been able to move more than 10 feet away without hearing lots of static. The non-bluetooth version is problematic for two reasons. First, the "answer" button on the headset only activates the headset - it doesn't answer the phone. You must accept a call by activating the headset AND the phone. Second, the battery life of the transmitter (the part you plug into the phone) is poor. While the headset itself is good for 3 hours of use, the transmitter can't operate for more than 90 minutes on a single charge.
Really Cool Product...Needs some work by eoppie ,Sep 01 '04
Pros: Neat Product
Looks High Tech
Wireless Cons: Dropped Calls
Short Battery Life
Inability to connect to adapter sometimes
I bought this item used for my Nokia 3595 phone. While it is really cool...it needs a lot more development. On multiple occasions I have had dropped calls from the headset, as well as inability for the headset to connect to the wireless adapter. The batteries are also short lived for this device as well, you only get about an hour of talk time before it starts giving you your warning that the battery is about to die out on you.
