Frigidaire FAC106P1 Thru-Wall/Window Air Conditioner

Pros: Low energy usage. Cools more than one room. Excellent dehumidifying. Price is extremely fair.

Pros: Good cooling and dehumidifying
Cons: REALLY loud!

I was only able to use this air conditioner for less than a week and it was so loud for me (my neighbors were complaining as well) that I called an appliance repair man because I thought it must be broken! Unfortunately, they said it was not broken and that was just how loud it was. I returned it and got an LG instead which has been virtually silent! This unit did cool and dehumidify well, so if you are willing to bear the noise - go for it!
