worst experience ever!

Pros: nothing. Cons: terrible workmanship and customer service.
I bought this model from Lowes last week and when I installed it one of the screw holes on top stripped out. I thought this could have been a one time simple manufacturing mistake and took it back to the store. they didn't have another one in stock so I had to drive 50 miles to get a replacement. while installing the new one the SAME SCREW HOLE STRIPPED OUT! I called Frigidaire (now Electrolux) and was told all I can do is take it back for a refund or my money back. I asked several times if they knew of this defect and never got an answer. I also asked what they are going to do for me because of my time and gas wasted and was pretty much told too bad since they can only do what the warranty says. I will never buy Frigidaire Electrolux again!

piece of junk!!

Pros: Look great on the outside Cons: Complete piece of junk on the inside and constant repair headache.
I've owned this microwave 2 1/2 years and its broken down twice. The first time the transformer blew. After a run around in customer service, they eventually agreed to pay for it. I paid for the diagnostic cost. Now this morning, 6 months after just getting it repaired, I wake up and the microwave is dead again. Now I have to start the whole rigamarol again. What a headache and waste of precious time! I really regret buying this microwave. It looks great on the outside, but its junk in the inside. POOR POOR POOR QUALITY!!!!

Terrible microwave, terrible company

Pros: looks Cons: quality, customer service, operation, installation, engineering, it is just junk, all i can say
Do NOT buy this microwave. It will go out on you and when it does, Frigidaire customer service is NO help at all and the repair place took 5 weeks to fix my microwave. That is pathetic. All I got was the run around and frustration. You would think people might want to help, but think again. I will never even look at another appliance that has frigidaire on it. I just want other to know what I found out the hard way. Buy another brand.
