Frigidaire GLET1031FS Top Load Stacked Washer / Dryer

Pros: Good space for large family loads.
Cons: Quality is poor. Noisy alarm.

I used this product for 4 years with the only complaint of having a very noisy buzzer that you could not turn off. During the second year of use I noticed it took longer to dry a load, but the service people did not find anything wrong. At the beginning of the fourth year of use the motor burned up (taking other parts of the drier and my load of laundry with it). This was the first washer or drier I had bought new and it lasted a shorter period of time than the used ones. The company ran me through hoops and then offered me 10% off a new one. I will not buy another Frigidaire.

Pros: Nice Size Loads-It really is a full size washer/dryer
Cons: Service issue after service issue, when will it end!

Since the unit has turned 1 year old I have had non-stop issues with it. Service has been to my home on 3 seperate occasions, and are now coming out for a 4th time in the last 60 days. All because of the DRYER! First time a bolt fell out (tech. told me to replace it myself if it fell out again), second time the dryer was running loud only to find out it was missing a dryer seal (the felt ring that stops metal from rubbing on metal when it tumbles) this part should have been installed in the factory!!! They had to order the part, replace it and now service is coming out a 4th time because it sounds like I have a basketball tumbling in the dryer! I am sick of this dryer and all I want is a refund and I am going to buy another brand!
