Cons: Defective Design Horrible Warranty Customer Service Stinks

Don't buy a Frigidaire...design is defective and the warranty stinks. Customer service department sounds like they read from a script which changes based on how many times you call.

Pros: looked good
Cons: may burn your house down and doesn't clean the dishes well very noisy.

One year ago I bought a home with all new appliances from Frigidaire.  Dishwasher stops mid cycle or gets stuck running midcycle.  Yesterday morning I ran a load of dishes in the am and was shocked to discover the heating coils were still running in the evening when I went to unload.  Never did a good job with cleaning the dishes but now it's downright dangerous.  Same home microwave oven had to be replaced at 9 months of age.

Pros: Looks good.
Cons: Poor cleaning.
Touchpad defective.

Purchased October 2006 for $520 when remodeled kitchen. Touch panel started displaying errors in April 2008 and quit responding completely June 2008. Never cleaned dishes well. Had to wash before putting in dishwasher. Minimal use (once/week). Replacement part costs $120.00. Had a Whirlpool x 10 years before this one and wish I had it back! Purchased another Whirlpool yesterday and am giving this Frigidaire away for free!
