Pros: Ease of use and wonderful Pictures! Great pictures and easy to learn! Cons: Have to agree with everyone the lens cap is terrible.
So I get the Fuji Camera 3800 for Christmas and the first thing that I notice is its light weight and easy to hold grip. I played with the camera for a few minutes and right away I know how to use it. (this being my first digital camera I was a little...

Pros: Picture quality, zoom, large lcd Cons: Digital viewfinder (not optical), manual options, software
Update: I thought this was the best camera that I'd ever seen. The problem only surfaced when I started taking pictures inside. The images have really bad distortion. The center of the picture bulges out and the edges bend back. It's called barrel...

Pros: 6x optical zoom, AA batteries, easy point and shoot mode. Cons: Shutter lag, cant see through LCD/EVF in the dark. #must use flash#
When you read this review please realize that I am technically challenged in camera use. I can take pictures, but I don't fully use all of a cameras features usually. Price: Fuji finepix 3800 was a 3.2 megapixel camera that was selling for only $300 ...

Pros: Awesome Performance, Excellent Pictures and Sharp Crisp Images, Great Tele-Photo Cons: Bulky
Althought the Fuji camera is quite bulky we obtained a great warterproof carrying case and were off to Hawaii in no time flat for the most crisp and best megapixel pictures ever. Not being a camera savvy indidual, I had thought it would be difficult to...

Pros: EASY to use, great picture quality, EASY to use software included. Cons: Battery direction markings hard to read
I'll keep this short and simple. This is my first digital camera. I wanted quality and ease of use. After doing limited research, mostly from talking to sales (kids) at the electronic superstores I bought the Fuji 3800. This is a 3.2 mega pixel digital...

Pros: 6x zoom, lightweight, compact, great software Cons: Lens cap is difficult to get back off.
This camera is the best I've ever owned. The options are more then what I would expect for the price and I was able to find a great package deal on Ebay.
The best features on this camera are the electronic view finder and the 6x zoom. You can save...

Pros: zoom, price, image quality Cons: viewfinder, lens cap, feels toy-ish
The Fujifilm 3800 is the replacement for my Canon A20. I was very satisfied with the A20 so I was expecting alot from the 3800. I chose the 3800 because despite it's SLR-like look, it's a point and shoot camera with some great features. Overall, i'm...

Pros: Fast recycle time, 3Mpixel, thru-lens viewfinder, 6x zoom, software Cons: battery direction markings, manual lens cap, manual flash pop-up
This camera has some very nice design features but don't let the SLR shape fool you - this is a point and shoot camera with limited manual control. Don't get me wrong, it takes outstanding pictures but it IS a point and shoot camera. The nicest feature...

Pros: 3 Mpixel CCD, excellent zoom lense, outsanding picture quality in auto mode. Cons: Lack of manual control options, fixed ISO sensitivity (100)
I bought Fujifilm Finepix 3800 to replace my 35 mm point and shoot Samsung camera which died unexpectedly. I did lot of research on the net in order to find a digital camera with good picture quality and relatively low price. Operation in the point and...

Pros: Mega features, superb photos, user friendly software interface Cons: Flimsy lens cap
I bought this camera to replace a digital camcorder that I took more digital pics on than digital video. Like others, I ignored the claims that if you want a good digital camera you need to buy one; never buy a camcorder with a built in digital still...

Pros: Perfect for point and shoot and quality, too. Cons: Haven't found any yet

Problem Child

Pros: its cheep Cons: price reflects quality, just the wrong choice in a camera
I use this camera at work, taking pictures of cars for ebay and other websites. This camera eats up batteries, has a long shutter delay, and turns off at complete random.
Fuji is a respected company that has produced many good quality cameras and have a giant staff that designs them and produces them. I think they were all out to lunch when this camera was made.
Other than all of that, the complaints keep coming, its too bulky, has only 3.2 megapixels (my phone takes better pictures and also makes calls and plays games) and finally it uses AA batteries. No camera should use AA batteries.
