Pros: Low price, caller ID, light on base blinks to indicate voice mail.
Cons: Poor sound quality, no earphone jack, no speaker phone option.

I bought this phone for my office so I'd have a simple cordless to use. I also purchased a hands-free headset so I could type/write while talking. After opening the package, I realized there was no earphone jack, so I couldn't use it hands-free. No speaker phone option either.

When talking on the telephone, I had a very hard time understanding the person on the other end. The sound was muffled and I couldn't turn the volume up high enough to hear clearly.
