Pros: cooks well, nice look Cons: If used in conjunction with GE Cafe Range/Oven below, you WILL burn your hand.

Nothing but trouble dont even think about it

Pros: matches,nice look,sleek Cons: unreliable electronics, lasts barely longer than the warranty
This microwave lasted only one year and one month. Now it wont work for more than 3 seconds without unplugging it and replugging it in. This problem manifested right after purchase but was sporadic and one of those deals like when you car makes a noise but not on command for the mechanic. Minimum charge for a service call in my area is around a hundred bucks. Why would I sink more money into something out of warranty that has never worked reliably. Fridge and range in cafe series have been decent but do not even think of buying this microwave.

Pros: Looks pretty Cons: Quality control Service issues (good luck talking to a human) Price
I was real excited when I bought this appliance. Upon delivery and installation, the interior light did not work, the door hung crooked and the red emblem fell off twice. GE service inspected and ordered a new louvre asembly and light socket. I was informed that there is no way to adjust the door since the hinges are welded on. 1 hour after the technician left the microwave stopped working. I scheduled another service date. They did not show, when contacted the service center informed me that they were going fix all the issues at once and the automated system had changed my service date without notifying me. When they arrived they got the light working but now have to order another part to get the microwave working. I wanted a new appiance but they refused. Delivery date for the part is 10 days from now.
