Pros: Looks great, awsome power boil, convection oven,  warming drawer heats to full oven temp
Cons: hard to clean, useless centre burner, very shallow-slow to heat up second oven/warming drawer

I am so glad I bought this oven. When first deciding which oven to buy, I did a lot of research, and the issue that most people did not like about this oven was the "cooling fan". Some people who posted an opinon about this oven described it as a "jet plane taking off". It is nothing of the sort. It is more like the sound of the low speed of your vent fan. I love the choice of btu power of the different burners.  I have really enjoyed this appliance, and would recommend it to any one who asks. Also, the knobs have been upgraded to metal from plastic, so there is no longer an issue with the knobs.

Cons: GE Customer Service and the entire product

I purchased this oven and it never worked from the first day.  The GE customer support is the worst.  I have had 5 appointments so far and the unit is still not up and running.  I have had 7 appointments scheduled.  2 of the appointments they just decided they didn't want to come out.  They didn't call or anything.  They left us haning all day.  11 hours we waited for GE only to find out that they had no intentions of coming out to service the unit.

I would NEVER purchase this stove again or any other GE product after the way I have been treated. 

It was a lot of money to spend on a unit that doesn't work.  We have been without a working stove for almost 3 months now.  It really sucks.

GE is the worst.  If you buy this item or any other GE product, it is at your own risk.

Pros: Looks nice and cleans easy and matches other applainces!
Cons: Have spent more time waiting for and meeting with GE repair.

Dishwasher
control panel and smart dispense pump replaced 3 times to stop detergent from oozing out continuously. Now say it is suppose to work that way and it is a minimal amount  and that there is no way for the detergent to come in contact with the dishes! Isn't it designed to dispense the soap out the end to come in contact with the dishes?

Cafe vent / microwave
Door dented on delivery so was replaced twice.
Control panel and some other magic parts replace 3 times because panel fades away and eventual goes wacky every time burner is used underneath. Not to mention the fact that the handle becomes branding temperature. Was told to turn vent on to prevent panel but did not help. Last time it even started turning itself on. :upset

Dual Fuel Double oven replaced once after so many repairs that tech deemed structurally unfix able. Is now making a metal hitting metal sound in back so I turned it on today while tech was "fixing" the microwave. He ordered more parts and asked what day I would be available next week.
