    Pros: Great customer service!  I love that I can schedule a service call online.
    Cons: Cleaning the stovetop but it's the same for all smooth surface tops.

    Summary: I love this oven! I'm one of those make everything from scratch and bake your own bread type of people so having an oven the cooks evenly is very important to me. I second everything the other reviewer said except for the grease on the racks thing. ... read more

    Pros: smooth top with three-sized element,bridged burner, second oven, convection oven, looks great
    Cons: Needs another large burner,oven racks require greasing - messy, short second oven.
