Pros: Nice shiny stylish exterior look; convenient interior layout, though compact..

    Pros: design
    Cons: lack of quality.

Summary: We purchased this unit (ZIC360) based on design factors, but it is the worst product at any price that we have ever owned. We are on our 3rd unit. The first one arrived so out of whack it must have been dropped. (sold by EXPO) The replacement had issues ... read more

  • avoid this refrigerator at all costs

    Nov 22, 2007 by
    Rated a Helpful Review
Pros: well, it hasn't tipped over and crushed me yet.
Cons: heavy, expensive, noisy, poorly designed, shoddily constructed and prone to rust.

Summary: i replaced an 80's model side-by-side subzero with this over-under model and regretted it from day one, for the following reasons: (a) its designers managed to make it at least 25% heavier than the needlessly massive sub-zero it replaced (a feat that ... read more

  • GE Monogram Refrigerator (Bottom Freezer ) Repetitive ICEMAKER Problems

    Nov 12, 2005 by
    Rated a Helpful Review
    Pros: Looks; convenience
Cons: Horrible engineering of Icemaker System; awful service

Summary: Bought the Product because of Size and "Built-In" design and expectation that its reliability would be better than competing Sub-Zero model. The design and layout are actually quite nice. We have had incredibly horrific experiences and are now having ... read more

  • Looks great, but mechanically it's junk

    Jul 28, 2005 by
    Rated a Helpful Review
Pros: Nice looking, well organized food storage areas, friendly service department.
Cons: Freezer lacks a self-closing feature. Not appropriate for families with kids.

Summary: The Monogram ZIC360 is a nice looking model with some nice features, but mechanically it's lemon -- junk compared to the Sub Zero that it replaced. We've had the tech out numerous times and the main problem is that if the freezer drawer is left open ... read more
