I just completed a total kitchen and bath renovation and construction and researched appliances to purchase by reading the usual publications and visiting appliance stores. I'm very pleased with my choice of GE Profile appliances and especially this range. It cooks evenly and well. The oven preheats fast. Eggs, omelettes and pancakes have all come out extremely good. I haven't tried the griddle yet, but I expect that it will also perform well. Although boiling a large pot of water on the power burner takes longer than the Wolf cooktop at my parent's house, water still boils faster than at other people's homes and I did not pay a Wolf price. Styling-wise, it looks good too. I would have preferred a manual not printed on what looks like newsprint.
