Gotta say this was a beautiful monitor with everything we wanted except, well, it went dead 1 day after the BestBuy 14 day return policy. Hmmm...
Gateway technical support was initially responsive promising to ship a replacement in 4 days. Two subsequent calls to Gateway for follow-up over the ensuing 2 weeks netted one empty promise to "expedite" and finally a "it's back ordered with no delivery date."
Gateway surpervisor's answer provided no additional help and no refund option.
Wish we could write more about it's capabilities but, sadly, it didn't work long enough for us to tell.
