Decent Computer, Horrid Customer Service

Pros: Absolutely stellar performance for the money.
Cons: Crashing issues (apparently resolved by me and TUU), really horrid technical support.
I have never owned a Gateway before but the blowout price from TigerDirect caused me to take a chance. I can't say that I'm disappointed, but I'm REALLY glad that I did not pay full price. THE GOOD: Quad Core 6600 rocks. 2 gb ram. This thing is ...
