Endless Problems - Awful Support by mooneytraveler ,Aug 06 '09
Pros: There is absolutely nothing good to say. It was a miserable experience. Cons: The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I made the mistake of purchasing this Gateway computer on the recommendation of CNET. From the day I received it, I had endless problems with software/hardware/drivers. Pros: Stable, Fast, loads of processor power, smooth operations. Cons: Not one so far

We use upward of 20 specialized applications to do this in addition to the regular complement of office apps.
