Pros: Good design, works well, fits on a standard kitchen shelf.
Cons: numerous product failures, poor customer service.
Summary: I am on my second SpaceMaker II microwave (it is the only one that fits on my kitchen shelf), and the new one has failed three times in three months. GE has repaired it under warranty, but will not replace it. There have been numerous reports of failure,
