Pros: Design, functionality, ease of use, lighting, defrost feature.
Cons: Visible screws exterior, multiple touch required some features, limited exhaust, pending class action--see review.

Pros: Good looks, clean design, large plate. Reasonably quiet.
Cons: It failed catastrophically, with sparks, although it did not start a fire.
Summary: My wife and I spent extra money to purchase a GE Profile PVM 1870 1.8 cu ft microwave in 2010.We purchased it because we were redoing our kitchen, and wanted to upgrade our appliances.We found it to be a reasonably well designed unit, which worked well
