Pros: Fits great. The Roc-Loc IV system really allows for custom fit. Cons: A little pricey at $140. There are a lot of less expensive helmets out there.
If you buy the right size and Giro is the right shape for your head, you cannot beat this helmet. Two sets of interior pads really allow you to make the helmet fit exactly the way you want it to.
