Cons: Loose stools, Oily gas

Although, the possibility of the previous poster's problem is possible with Alli, I don't think "unknown leaking" is the norm.  If you take Alli with a high fat meal, esp. after first starting it, you will definitely see loose stools, oily gas, ...

Pros: Helps a little with weight loss, has advice to help your efforts
Cons: cost way too much, may not notice when bowels are looser than they should be

I bought this product at walmart in the hopes that it would help in my weight loss efforts. Its FDA approved so it seems like a good choice right? I liked that it helped a little with the weight loss but there are some side effects that can make this product less than tolerable.If you read the booklet about it you'll see that it says "causes oily, sometimes loose stools". Thats an understatement, I thought I'd be able to control my bodily functions very well but I had a few embarassing moments because of this product. Someone had to point out to me that there was a big orange stain on the back of my pants, and then i noticed the smell so who knows how long I had been walking around like that. I was mortified, needless to say I quit using it and it took a couple days for my bowel movements to get back to normal but now I feel I can walk around without the constant worrying.
