Pros: 6 speeds, 15 music selections, one-handed, 4 position seat recline, easy to assemble Cons: It's simply not worth the price tag, sound quality is awful, three-point harness...
First off, while I will occasionally have a blatant spelling error
what is wrong with Graco? Swyngomatic? Who are we marketing to, womyn? Everyone told me that I needed a swing; I had to have a swing... that by god, my son wouldn't ever give you ...

Pros: price, design, durability, age range usable Cons: motor sound is quite audible, not so good for newborns (upright seat design).

The worst product quality I have ever seen
by sparklie-lady ,Jan 03 '07
Pros: It's pretty Cons: See above
I registered for this swing and received it as a shower gift. My husband assembled it, to find that the swing motor did not work correctly...it made a loud grinding noise and did not swing smoothly. I called Graco for a replacement arm, which took 5 weeks to arrive. The new arm swings, but the music does not play.
When I called again, and explained the problem, the customer service rep was very polite but did not seem to understand that while, yes, the swing swung, it did not work, as it was advertised as playing music, which it did not do.
So, I am awaiting another motor arm, which they so graciously refused to expedite.
This is the only Graco product I own and I will never own another.
