My son is 8 months old and when we are visiting,this chair is a god send.he is able to sit right at the table and the chair is so secure.Also, i love the fact it has a high back.Restaurant highchairs are so low and who knows when they were cleaned.this is so easy to take along anywhere.We are going on vacation in a few weeks and this will be perfect for dining out.I know it may not fit on all tables but all the other portable chairs have the same problem and this chair is the most reasonably priced.Don't waste your money on the more expensive ones.
