Pros: Beautiful rooms, nice exercise facilities, several dining options, Traverse City area is fun! Cons: Expensive
Our family has chosen Grand Traverse Resort for our week-long summer vacation for at least the past seven or eight years, and never been disappointed. This whole area is the place to go if you want a week or weekend away from the hustle of real life. ...
Pros: Beautiful resort and surroundings Cons: Very expensive
I have just returned from Traverse City, Michigan, where I stayed at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. This was my fifth stay at this beautiful resort. Even though my trips to Traverse City are always for business, I consider them part-vacation...
Pros: A wonderful nights stay! Cons: A bit expensive for a family, or the budget traveler.
While traveling on business, once in a while I get a chance to stay at nice Hotels and vacation spots. Recently I was given the chance to travel to Traverse City Michigan. The Grand Traverse was hosting a conference and I decided to attend. Although this...

Pros: Nice showers Cons: Old, lower quality equipment, dirty, very limited free weights, no benches

Pros: Too many to name! Cons: No jacuzzi rooms (only jacuzzi tubs in bathroom)
This is a really beautiful hotel. We loved the fact that we never left the hotel. We shopped downstairs, we ate lunch at one of the lounges and we dined in the evening at the VERY nice Trillium restaurant on top of the hotel! We sat by the windows looking out over the lights of Traverse City until they told us they were closing at 2am. The service was impeccable and the room was nice and large and clean. We would love to go again!
