Pros: None--the product didn't work and the company refused to honor their warranty.
Cons: The product badly scratched my shower enclosure glass and they refused to warranty their product.
I purchased their buffer, their glass cleaner, and a representative sample of their products. I told the person at the time of order that I wanted to remove water spots from my shower. He guaranteed me that this product would do this. After trying many...
