The first time I played the game, I was a bit sceptical, as most earlier Gundam games were a bit iffy. However, after only a few minutes, I was hooked. The whole style of play, the control systems, everything, all are on a level or above such blockbusters as Armored Core 2, Heavy Gear, and the clasic, Mechwarrior, while still retaining the flair of the anime.
