Pros: Wake up timer, and auto shut off after two hours. Cons: Getting water into the back of the brew station.
I received this coffee maker as a Chris-mas gift, after noticing that my Aunt and Uncle had the larger one. As I was asking about the coffee maker and what they thought they assured me it was a good one. I was sold and when I got the 10-Cup maker for ...
Pros: Sleek, modern, attractive
Convenient after the coffee has been made Cons: When making coffee, pouring water in is a nightmare
Condensation problems
Coffee basket capacity
The folks at Hamilton Beach had a great idea in coming up with a new concept in consumer coffee-making technology, the integrated coffee maker with an instant dispenser. The mechanism is simple: it sucks the water from a reservoir in the back, drops the ...
Pros: Nice looking and so easy to use. Cons: None that I can think of.
I don't know about you, but for me the best smell ever is fresh coffee first thing in the morning. I recently got married and for a wedding gift, we were given the Hamilton Beach 10 cup coffee maker . My old Hamilton Beach coffee ...
Pros: Decent job with the coffee. Like not having a carafe. Cons: Can't get one that isn't broken. Dispenser too close to button.
I bought the first one as a display model so I don't know if that is why it didn't work. I didn't see anything wrong with it. It leaked when I poured the water in the reserve.I believe I saw on another review that it leaked for them. I took it back ...
Pros: Never burns. Self start timer. Handy dispenser. Cons: Not tall enough for travel mugs.
With the Hamilton Beach Brewstation, I can keep coffee going all day and it will never scorch. The taste will always be great. Even though I rarely use it, the timer allowing you to start your coffee before you wake is definitely an ...
Pros: We love not having the pot to mess with - very easy. Cons: You can't take a carafe to another room or table and "serve" coffee.
My husband and I absolutely love this coffee machine. If you follow the directions with adding the water, it works really well. You also need to take the unit out to add the coffee grounds so they don't get in the water, but that is not a ...
Owned one for more then a year by rlarsen ,Feb 03 '08
Pros: Ease of use. Cons: Long term reliability iffy at best.
I purchased this unit more then a year ago and until just recently really enjoyed it. However it has now started to leak through the bottom of the unit which can't be safe as the coffee drips through the electronics to run out over my counter top. I think it is leaking past the metal plate that is heated to keep the coffee warm and it seems to leak more after the auto shut off. This makes me think that as the coffee cools the plate is contracting and allowing the unused coffee to seep past the seals. The company website is of no help as to finding parts or a faq that might apply. I tightened the screws that connect the warming plate and I hope that corrects the problem. It would be nice to know if this is a common problem and if the manufacturer has a fix.
