Nice size, great cover, everything I wanted... except the Low heat setting was still too high, kept things going at a good boil. Left it going all night, and awoke to a crock pot that had dropped 2 inches in fluid levels, it boiled out, even though the lid was on (the lid isn't airtight, and isn't meant to be). And the ring where the fluid dropped? You can guess haw hard it was to clean (and I had sprayed it with Pam before cooking).

Off to try another brand.

Pros: Very dependable and easy to use. Easily cleaned due to the removable ceramic basin.
Cons: Lon term use has uncovered flaws in the durability of the plastics used in manufacture.

We've owned this slow cooker for just shy of two years now. We've had the following parts break over that time period: 2 feet or legs, control knob, and one handle is on the way. Most seem to have failed due to repeated heating and cooling.

The unit had been dependable and all failures will be covered under the 2 year warranty.
