Pros: Everything! Cons: Nothing
The moment I came home and found the newest Harry Potter book that was delivered from Amazon, I began to read. I was immediatly sucked in to the story that seemed to unfold on it's own as I read along. All the usual characters were back in action. ...

Pros: unpredictable plot that keeps you guessing Cons: gets a little bit dark, slow in some parts
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the fourth book in the Harry Potter series. A lot of times sequels to books or movies are not as good as the originals. The Harry Potter series is an exception to this rule.
The fourth book of this...

Pros: Very interesting plot. Cons: Rather long.
I really liked this book, but I must say that the others were, in my opinion, a little better. The Goblet of Fire, first of all, could really have been told in 300 fewer pages, not that I'm complaining because it certainly kept me busy, but to some...

Pros: stress relief, fantasy, enjoyment, easy read Cons: nothing
Harry Potter and the goblet of fire is a sure fire winner, this fourth instalment of the potter series by J.K.Rowling is just great better than the rest if thats possible..and much more substance to it, though I guess that may be to do with the amount of...

Pros: Magnificent tale just as delightful for adults as it is for children. Cons: A tad long for younger readers.
I don't usually read kids books. But I'm finding it harder and harder to classify Harry Potter as just 'kids books'. With every installment to her exquisite series, J K Rowling manages to top herself again, ever improving on her writing skills and...

Pros: Age does not matter to read this book Cons: no cons at all
Reading has never been an exciting subject for me, until now. My younger sister has a great love for books and can always be caught reading in her spare time. I had seen her reading the Harry Potter books, but they never really caught my eye...

Pros: Incredibly interesting Cons: long
Wow! J.K. Rowling's writing gets better and better with each book, and Harry Potter and the Doomspell Tournment is absolutely no exception! This book is so wonderful I literally sat in the same spot for 6 and 1/2 hours reading it, without a bathroom...

Pros: The best of the current Harry Potter series (and that's saying something). Cons: The last of the current Harry Potter series (sob!).
I am addicted to audio books. There, I've said it and have no intention of seeking a cure. At all times I am reading one book and listening to another. I recently took a loooong road trip in a motor home and nearly panicked at the need for a listening...

Pros: You get a new set of goosebumps every chapter. Cons: The new book won't be out for a year.
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is truly amazing. This book takes the spirit and amazement of the first three books and multiplies it by three. This book is truly amazing. I got it on the night it came out and read straight through it to the end in...

Pros: Excellent storyline, very moving Cons: Somewhat morbid for young kids
Let me tell you, I was only at my friends house trying to be nozy and I saw this much talked about Harry Potter and the Sorcerer Stone book. Flipped into it ... read a few line ... and that's all it took. I'm hooked to Harry Potter. This book (Goblet...

Pros: imaginative, great plot/character developement. Cons: intimidatingly long
This book sold out from book stores for a reason! Harry Potter books have actually set the world record for most sales, even beating out Steven King novels! I have read all 4 of these books and if your child hasn't read them all it's a sin. I enjoyed...

Pros: It is a good book Cons: NONE
Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is a really good book. Harry wants to get away from the pernicious Dursleys and go to the International Quidditch Cup with Hermione, Ron, and the Weasleys. He wants to dream about Cho Chang, his crush (and maybe do...

Pros: An entire world created in a down to earth way; sucks the reader in immediately Cons: none
Wow...as there are already so many reviews, I'll keep mine short. I began reading the Harry Potter series midsummer this year, never imagining it would be as wholly involving as it is. I am 25 and I have thoroughly enjoyed all four books so far. One...
