Pros: very challenging, provides many hours of entertainment, travels very well Cons: very challenging, could frustrate any player

Pros: Every child should have the Rubik's Cube experience. Cons: People like me, never "get it".
Then Rubik's cube is one of those puzzles that I never got the hang of, partly because of my stubbornness that I don't want to learn the patterns from a book or friend that will make solving the puzzle doable. More in a bit. I read that this puzzle ...
Pros: Easy to solve once you learn the tricks of the trade. Cons: Bad idea for people with high blood pressure and little patience.
History Of The Mystery: .....The Rubik's Cube was originally patented in 1974. It's creator, of course, is Erno Rubik, thus the name Rubik's Cube. The cube came from the city of Budapest, Hungary. Rubik was a lecturer at the Academy of ...
Pros: Great for killing time; gives the mind a good workout Cons: It's easy to get frustrated and give up before learning to solving the cube

Pros: Addicting, challenging, great tool to get attention. Cons: Frustrating if one cannot solve.
Introduction The Rubik's Cube is the creation of Hungarian sculptor and architect, Emo Rubik. As most everybody knows, the Rubik's Cube, or simply Cube, is a six-sided, six-colored cube (what a redundancy), with nine individual squares on each ...
Pros: Great challange, great time killer Cons: Hard to solve, may get frustrating
Mans arch enemy. It’s a trophy to the mathematically gifted and a source of frustration to everyone else. Its only a colored cube, that’s what makes it seem so simple. But don’t be deceived, the Rubik Cube is the Mount Everest of all puzzles. The Rub ...
Pros: Time consuming for kids. Cons: Who on earth can actualy do them?
I am 25 and I think the first time I ever completed the Rubix Cube Puzzle was when I was 22. Thats how hard it was. I never got the hang of it again but for some reason I bought my sister one for fun to see if she could infact do it as she claimed to do. ...

Pros: versatile, can be a math tool, appeals to many different types of people Cons: can be difficult to solve without taking apart, stickers start to peel
I've never paid too much attention to fads. I never got why platform heels were cool, the point of pet rocks eluded me, and a swatch was just a watch as far as I was concerned. Sometimes I stumbled into a fad anyway. When E.T. made my Speak & Spell ...
Pros: Very simple, yet challenging Cons: It will get old quickly, for some
The challenge of Rubik's Cube is simple to explain: take the 3 X 3 X 3 cube (54 squares) of scrambled colored tiles and twist, turn, and rotate the sections until you arrive at a cube with each side having all tiles the same color. Deceptively simple. ...

Pros: Tons of fun & a great demonstration of spatial reasoning Cons: New cubes are more cheaply constructed than the originals
What can you say about the Rubik's Cube that hasn't already been said? The root of hours of joy (and hours of frustration), I became a "cubist" when I was a kid and found one at a yard sale. I picked up the horribly scrambled cube and twisted it around ...
A Fun Challenge For All Ages! by stephnash07 ,Mar 16 '07
Pros: A challenging game that provides hours of entertainment. Cons: Can be a bit more difficult for younger children.
I loved this toy as a child and was excited to see its recent comeback. I was hopeful my children would find it as challenging and as entertaining as I did growing up. My 9 year old and 12 year old love this toy. It provides hours of play and I enjoy watching my kids try to figure it out. I agree with other reviewers that once you get the basics down with the Rubik's Cube it is a little easier to solve. I like my children playing with toys that make them stop and think and figure things out. A great toy for all ages!!
