Pros: Cute, entertaining, moves to the beat, lights Cons: Loud movements, low speaker, no volume control on speaker
My i-Dog is funny. Though it doesn't deliver quality sounds through its dinky speaker, it does provide a facet of entertainment that makes it an appealing product. The Product The Hasbro i-Dog is a small, white dog with a love for music. ...
Pros: Cute, cute, cute. Totally fun. Cheap way to get a speaker for your personal player Cons: Not great sound. Does not move a lot.
All I wanted for Christmas was an iDog. On Christmas day, I received a custom designed white pleather iDog case and an IOU. There were no iDogs in South-Central New York, so we ended up an hour or so into PA before we found one. I am a 38 year old ...
Pros: Cute and young kids seem to like the changing lights. Cons: sound quality is not very good.
The idog is cute and young kids like it. That's about the extent of its appeal. The music sound quality is poor, so don't think this is a great way to play your music. The device is strictly to watch the idog flash its lights and hove the head and ears ...
My daughters asked for these for Christmas. Originally I was only going to get my 10 year old one. Once I learned you didn't have to use a MP3 player with them I soon changed my mind. When every place had them cheap the day after Thanksgiving, I was ...
Pros: Fun Toy!
can plug in mp3 player & play music through speaker in dog. Cons: Battery compartment is confusing to get it opened.
Wish it danced to the music.
I've wanted one of these for a few years now but being a mommy I didn't want to buy it for myself. My best friend got it, and after some reading in the manual on how to get it to work... it's pretty cool. Its also nice how you can plug in your mp3 ...
Pros: Great little pick-me-up toy for adults and children alike. Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this toy.
by Heather Snyder It's true, I'm 34 years old and I have more toys than I care to admit. This toy, by far, is one of my favorites-- mainly because my husband bought it for me (and he continues to buy me toys). This dog was a surprise while we were ...
Pros: Hasbro: Good speaker, quiet servos, good construction
Sega: Nice Pink and Blue colors, extra features Cons: Hasbro: nil
Sega: Feels Cheap, poor speaker, loud servos, no dog sounds
I had the rare opportunity to test both Sega and Hasbro iDogs side by side recently, this is the comparison. The Hasbro is only available in White (Black too, from Feb 06). The 'Japan' version of the iDog is available in Pink and Blue; I'll refer to ...
My kids gave me the I-Dog for Father's day. They love it. I am not so impressed. The other reviews are correct about the battery replacement. The cover can be difficult to remove. The volume is low and a little tinny-but I am not expecting too much ...
Nice Toy for Quiet Listening by jehlinger ,Apr 20 '06
Pros: Small, portable, toy that groves to the music. Cheap way to amplify ipod. Cons: Battery replacement clumsy. Low volume.
I bought mine at Toys r Us in Manhattan. I knew that the $30 I paid was full retail. . . but had never seen one before and was caught up in the excitement.
My daughter has an ipod but had nothing to listen to it on besides the headphones. This offered a cheap way to listen without buying one of the $100 to $200 clock radio / speaker setups. So far so good, I didn't think it would be that loud, and it isn't.
You can also keep your headphones plugged into the cord that connects the ipod to the toy. For some reason the jack would not accept the ipod headphone jack, it was just a little too big, other headphones did work.
This kitty's got the beat and she'll entertain you for hours with electronic lights, movements and sounds based on the music you play i-Cat taps into ...More at Amazon Marketplace
