Head and Shoulders Intensive Treatment

After suffering from chronic dandruff through most of middle school, I decided to try Head and Shoulders (despite the hokey name...) A few treatments later my hair was flake free! I stuck with this product until I got bored and wanted to try something new, trying brands like Neutrogena and Selsun Blue...but I always came back to Head and Shoulders. When I saw the new Intensive Treatment, I had to try it. It was even better than the original! It left my hair not only free of dandruff, but silky and manageable. I would definitely recommend Head and Shoulders Intensive Treatment for anyone suffering from dandruff and in need of beautiful hair.

Pros: The only thing that works for me. Inexpensive.
Cons: Stains fabrics orange.

I'm having trouble understanding why I can find no one complaining that the sulfide in this shampoo will stain any fabric it touches, orange. And it doesn't wash out. I have half a dozen excellent quality towels that are now ruined and a pair of grey shorts with an orange spot.

If you get the shampoo in your eyes you're screwed unless you want an orange towel. Just the common action of lathering your hair can send suds flying onto the towel and permanently ruining it.

I wrote Proctor & Gamble about it and the only solution they gave me was to spray the towels with Spray 'n Wash and wash them, which did no good at all.

Every winter my scalp gets flakey. I have tried several different anti-dandruff shampoos to no avail, flakes was here to stay.

After reading reviews on Head and Shoulders Intensive Treatment, I decided to try this out and see if it should work for me. I would say it does. The shampoo lathers up quite well, the scent is just ok, not fragrant but neither is it unpleasant. It works right away. I noticed that flakes are not building up on my scalp anymore.

However, it's leaves my hair quite dry. That's why I use Head and Shoulders Intensive shampoo alternately with other shampoos. If my scalp gets flakey, I use Head and Shoulders Intensive for a few days and then go back to the regular shampoo. It does help me manage my winter flakes. I would highly recommend this shampoo to those who want to end their winter flakes.

Pros: - the color of the shampoo is kind of nice - orange.
Cons: Causes dandruff, flaking and itchy scalp!!!

H&S Intensive Treatment DOES NOT work - actually it works - but in reverse!!! This product actually CAUSES dandruff and itching & flaking!!!!
