As a footnote to the initial review, I looked up the Health Plus website & their contact information. I called their toll-free number & received a quick response on usage duration. For the Super Colon Cleanse product, you take the 4 pills - 3x daily for 2 weeks. Discontinue for the next 4-6 weeks before performing another 2 week cleanse. I just started today, so I do not have much performance feedback yet but it is quite easy - just swallow some pills. I've seen programs where you take multiple capsules from various bottles & then you chase it with a special tea. Seems too complex but worth looking into if it turns out that the easy program proves to be unproductive.
