Pros: easy cleanup, superb construction, brass bushings to prevent stripping on the handles Cons: high cost for entire set but is ultimately worth it, only located in Tampa, FL
This is truly the last set of cookware that you will ever buy. My wife and I were attending a county fair in New York.
There was a demonstration being presented about a cookware set called Health Craft. We sat through the demonstration and found...
Pros: Easy cleanup. Great variety. Cons: High price
I started with this basic set after seeing a demo at a county fair in
Calif. I was amazed when the salesman put the chicken and veggies in
a dry skillet, put the lid on and left it for 20 minutes. Afterwards
he gave everyone samples of...
Pros: Nice even cooking, food never burns, easy clean-up, fast boiling time. Cons: High price, but worth it!
My husband and I were at a home and garden show and stopped by the table where these were being sold. The salesperson was going to show the people there how the pans cooked and of course, we got to eat the cooked food! The salesperson had an electric...
Pros: I love the cookware to prepare meals Cons: It is more expensive than regular cookware
I like Health craft cookware because it is sturdy, it's heavy and it's stainless steel. You can cook deliciously steamed vegetables without adding any water to it.When using this cookware to cook rice, it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. I love...
Pros: Even cooking, more healthy, better tasting Cons: none
Actually, I'm writing about Cutco's 5-ply cookware, but it's basically the same thing. It's hard to believe that more people haven't written comments about this, if you care AT ALL about cooking you can't live without these. Anyone who say anything...
Pros: Healthy cooking! Cons: Would like to see a deeper " frying " pan.
I think this was a great idea no oil,no water, to cook! That's what I have been looking for! I usually don't fry any thing. This cookware is made for the healthy eaters. I find that If you heat the cookware up properly nothing sticks and and it's simple ...

I purchased the complete set of Healthcraft Cookware from a demonstration at the state Fair in Albuquerque NM in 2004. I took advantage of their payment plan and have been very pleased. I cant understand how people are having problems unless their ...
Pros: Really none over other good quality cookware. Cons: VERY EXPENSIVE. COMPANY WON'T BACK IT'S WARRANTY.
We purchased a set of HealthCraft pots and pans in 2000 and have had continuing problems with the handles cracking. We are well aware that we are supposed to use low heat. When they first cracked early on, we purchased replacement handles. They are ...

Health Craft Cookware beware by lorie_ly ,Mar 26 '04
Pros: No oil required cooking and good taste to food Cons: hard to clean and handles not good on gas stoves.
I bought this 4 years ago when I had an electric stove. It worked just as in the demonstration but it was much harder to clean. I had to use BarKeepers Helper metal scrubber every time to get the same shine the salesman got. Vinegar only works so so. I'm now cooking on gas and its burning the handles. They are crumbling into black particles. I have the white gold ones. If I had been aware at the time of the demonstration of these problems I would not have bought the product.
The BEST...and I have a gas range by jamikell ,Jan 04 '06
Pros: EASY cleanup, a nylon scraper like Pampered Chef's has always done the job for me. Cons: $$$$ ( but worth it, every cent)
The reviewers who complain about crumbling handles are ABUSING their cookware! It is not meant for high high flames, but can withstand oven temp to 350. The heat conduction allows for even cooking on lower temperatures. Though when I first got my set 3 years ago, I wasn't used to it and repeatedly used a high flame for boiling water, the underside of the handle feels less smooth because of that. Once I learned that high flames were unecessary, I began to love my set! I have them all on a potrack over my kitchen island, and...the covers stored upside down in each piece! It's weird, I remembered the demo guy did that and I thought it would be unstable, it can swing and still stay put! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SET! I have the basic, gourmet, and commercial sets. I want more, but they are pricey.
