Over the past summer, I worked as a waiter in a small, family owned, restaurant in my city. The owner found this Cookware on sale at Bed Bath and Beyond and immediately bought it because of her desperate need for more kitchen supplies.
The cooks in the kitchen thought they were absolutely great. The wide array of sizes made it easy for them to choose a pot for a specific sauce, entree, or soup. The cookware is a lot lighter than their usual cast iron supplies, so it saved time and back breaking lugging.
Though the cooks fell in love with the new cookware, the dishwasher had the opposite opinion. The larger pots were harder to fit into the dishwasher, and without a non-stick coating, anything that was burnt on would take forever to scrub off.
