To put it very simply, there is no better knife then Henckels. Take care of your Henckels knifes, and the will last you years and years. This Henckels knife set would make a perfect wedding gift or home warming. I have had my Henckels knife set for at least 10 years now. The Henckels knifes sharpen beautifully with only a steel. No need to take them into a specialty store to have them done. Henckels knifes are very nicely balanced and the handle grip is made of wood and it feels like over time it just conforms to your hand, so no sore hands from pressing down again and again when you have a lot of chopping or carving to do. This Henckels knife set not only would make the perfect gift for someone else, it is a perfect gift for yourself. I would recommend this Henckels knife set and any Henckels knife in their line to family or friends. I can't say enough good things about Henckels knifes. I plan to buy my daughter a Henckels knife set when she gets her own place.
