Cons: The worst customer support on the planet!

It worked for about seven months. DVD's and CD's burned on the unit would not work on other machines. Only LightScribe worked.

Calls to CS dropped three times. Escalated to Case Manager level by calling the CEO's office and getting forwarded. Case manager couldn't get her system to recognize my serial number because it didn't start with two letters. Told me to call her back in a week. I did and she didn't return call. The following day I called and spoke to another case manager who couldn't find my information in the database. It was deleted! He did connect me with her again. Same runaround with no commitment or ship date. Escalated to email.ecr@hp.com and got a message response totally unrelated to me. I called and spoke to the responder and she asked to call me back. Today got a message and the buck was passed back to ....
