Would not recommend

Pros: Paper capacity, photographs
Cons: Sun dial warmup time, smears ink everywhere
We've had a HP 4500DN printer in our office for the better part of two years now (bought new). We got the printer so we can could color duplex printing at fairly fast speeds. Not long after we got it however, we knew we had made a mistake in getting it....

One Word - Reliability

In our office, we tried other vendors for network printing, and the money we saved in captial cost us dearly in productivity. The old printers were either shut down on low toner, shut down on some mysterious error (we even suspected solar disturbances)...
