Pros: great location, complimentary breakfast & appetizers, nice rooms, staff very responsive Cons: easy to hear through walls & floor, can have noise from the Interstate
With a family of five, trying to stay onsite at Walt Disney World can be very expensive. The accommodations begin at over $200 a night. I've always loved staying onsite, but it has just gotten too expensive. I had heard a lot about the off-site ...

Loved it...and going back!

Pros: Very close to WDW...easy drive. Free breakfast buffet. Cons: Our room had not yet been remodeled. Carpets needed replaced.
We absolutely loved our stay here. We initially chose this hotel because it is pet friendly and we travel with our Pug. We stayed in a suite with a King bed. We loved that the kitchen came equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove-top, dishwasher and plates/utensils. Our room had not yet been remodeled (I've read that they were remodeling all the rooms) and the carpet needed replaced. Once we got over the disappointment in the carpeting, we realized the benefits far outweighed that cosmetic flaw. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, bacon, sausage, cold cereals, waffles, etc. Having our breakfast here each day before we hit the parks was a huge money saver! The parks were literally minutes away by car. They provide a shuttle bus that I saw frequently but never took, because we had our car, so I am unable to comment first-hand on the efficiency of it. Our room was not facing the highway, so we did not have a noise issue from that. I also did not hear anything from our neighbors. Our rate in early June was $80/night with our AAA discount.
