This TV is great. The picture quality is great, even if you don't use HD. Having an HDMI input lets you get the best possible picture out of your HD devices. It has great features as well:

Night and Day mode that adjusts the picture for the best viewing settings for the time of day.

The whole unit is on wheels which is an amazing feature. It's effortless to move it for cleaning and attaching new devices.

It has composite, component and s-video inputs. As well as optical audio out, and rca audio out.

You can use the TV speakers as your center speaker if your surround sound receiver supports it.

Using the component inputs to attach devices to the TV gives the sharpest picture I have ever seen on a big screen TV, I think it's even better than the $4000 plasma screens I've seen.

The jack access and labels could be better, and I think that all of the inputs should support component and s-video connections.

Overall this TV is amazing, the features are great, the price is great and the picture quality is incredible.

Bought this TV 16 months ago. At first the TV produced a good high def picture and now the TV will not show red or green colors.

For the money you can't beat this tv.  It's huge and the picture and sound were as good as the other tv's that were $200 more. The split tv screen when using pip is not good on hd channels because it's a wide screen so there's space on each side but other than that I like it a lot and would buy another.  It also has a day and night settting that I use a ton depending on what i'm watching and when.  was thinking about getting a surround sound unit for it but sounds pretty good as is so not sure if it's worth the money.  It's got tons of different inputs in the back but honestly I don't know what half of them are....
if you play video games this thing is fun.  The Wii games make it a blast for 4 players and if you play tiger woods golf you're going to love it!
